Description

Wavell Cottage is a cottage dating from about 1700. It is built of squared coursed ironstone with an artificial stone slate roof and has brick stacks. The cottage is two storeys high with an attic, and has three bays. A central doorway and 20th-century two-light wooden casement windows have voussoired heads with keystones. 20th-century dormers have been added to the roof. The interior has not been inspected. The cottage contributes significantly to the group value of the nearby Church of All Saints.
