Description

Wisteria House is a house located on Church Lane, Middleton Cheney. It was originally built in the 17th century and remodelled in the 18th century. The house is constructed of coursed squared limestone and ironstone, with a slate roof and brick and stone stacks. It is two storeys and an attic, with two bays. The central doorway has a wood lintel and is flanked by three-light casement windows with wood lintels on both the ground and first floor. Two gabled attic dormers are visible. The left gable end is coped with kneelers. A blocked 17th-century window is present on the left side of the house, at first-floor level, and features three lights with stone mullions and a square hood. The interior was not inspected during the listing process.
