Description

Church Cottage is an 18th-century cottage built from coursed ironstone rubble, topped with a slate roof and featuring flanking brick and stone stacks. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a total of two bays. The central doorway has a wooden lintel, panelled reveals, and a six-panel door. This doorway is flanked by three-light windows that also have wooden lintels and iron casements, although the glazing bars have been renewed. On the first floor, there are two-light windows with wooden lintels and iron casements, and smaller similar windows are present in the attic. The interior has not been inspected.
