Description

The dovecote at Manor House is a structure that also serves as a stable, dating from the 18th century but with older origins. It has been altered in the 20th century and is built from coursed ironstone rubble with a plain tile roof. The building is one storey high with a loft. The stable and coach house doors feature depressed-arched heads and keyblocks, with the coach house door consisting of double-leaf plank doors. The structure includes quoins and stone-coped gables with kneelers. On the left side, there is a 20th-century door with a chamfered stone surround and an eroded datestone above it.
