  1. Described as Warehouse on Ordnance Survey map. Neo-Tudor style squared rubble and ashlar, Welsh slated roof, 1 storey and attics, 2 stone coped gables, recessed on left with large stone traceried window, projecting on right with long 5 light stone mullioned window. Ashlar yard wall gateway on right has overdoor of consoles flanking panel with bas relief of St George.
