Description

The Old Rectory is an early 19th century rectory, now a house. It is constructed of brick with a slate roof and follows a double-depth plan. The building is two storeys high with a mezzanine level. The garden front has five windows arranged symmetrically, each a sash window with glazing bars set beneath stone wedge lintels. A shallow gable is on the right. The roof is shallow-pitched with brick stacks at the ridge and end.

The entrance front is similar in design, with two windows and a gable to the right. A wooden door surround with half-glazed double doors is positioned to the right of the entrance. Inside, a staircase features stick balusters and quarter landings around the well. The hall and landing contain a series of segmental arches.
