Description

Manor Farmhouse is a mid-18th century farmhouse located on the south side of Malsor Lane in Milton Malzors. The building is constructed of coursed ironstone rubble with a thatched roof and brick end stacks resting on stone bases. It has a 3-unit plan and a 3-window front, arranged over two storeys. A central 20th-century part-glazed door is set within a moulded wooden surround and hooded by brackets. The ground floor and first floor each contain quartered sash windows with stone lintels and keyblocks. A band of dressed ironstone runs along the level of the ground floor window heads. The building features quoins, and stone-coped gables with kneelers. Internally, there are stone-flagged floors and ogee-stop-chamfered spine beams, alongside a winder stair.
