Description
10 Market Place is an 18th and 19th century building of two distinct phases. It is three storeys high and has modern shop fronts on the ground floor. The building is constructed of variegated brick with a Welsh slate roof. The left-hand section has three sash windows, with the central one blank and smaller than the others. It features a wooden eaves cornice. The right-hand section has two three-light sash windows and a modillioned wood eaves cornice. This represents group value as an example of a town building in a historic market place.
