Description
Berry Lane House is a cottage dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared ironstone with a tile roof and features brick end stacks with stone bases. The building has two storeys and an attic, presenting a three-window range. The central entrance is a 20th-century part-glazed door, which is sheltered by a pitched tiled hood. The windows on the ground and first floors are 20th-century leaded casements, with a small blocked window located to the left of the first floor left window. The cottage has quoins and stone-coped gables with kneelers. There are two 20th-century roof dormers positioned to the left and right of the center. Additionally, there is a large 20th-century extension at the rear.
