Description
The Old Manse is a manse that has been converted into a house, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and features a slate roof. The building has a four-unit plan and stands two storeys high, with a symmetrical five-window arrangement of sash windows that include glazing bars and are set under wedge lintels. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door, which is accessed by a flight of steps and is topped by a fanlight with glazing bars. The central bay of the building is recessed. The roof is hipped, with a deep eaves soffit and brick stacks located at the ridge and at the ends.
