Description

The stable block at Cosgrove Hall is a mid-18th century structure that has been converted into workshops, with some 20th-century alterations and extensions. It is built from coursed squared limestone and features a hipped plain-tile roof. The building is a single-storey, 9-bay range, with three central double-leaf coach-house doors that have semi-circular lunette heads. On either side of these doors are plank doors, also with lunette heads, flanked by lunette windows. The interior still retains a set of stalls, and there is a 20th-century extension at the rear.
