Description

This chest tomb, dating from the 17th century, is made of limestone and is located approximately 1 meter south of the chancel of the Church of St. Nicholas. It features panelled sides, a diamond-shaped plaque at the west end, and a rondel at the east end adorned with dividers. There is a fragmentary inscription that appears to reference Edward Wigson, an architect who died in 164?.
