Description

This barn, located approximately 10 meters north of The Manor House in Grafton Underwood, dates back to 1676 and has undergone some alterations. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble and features a pantile roof. The front facing the street has a square opening with a wooden lintel, while the south gable end includes a diamond-shaped datestone, an owl-hole, and another square opening with a wooden lintel. The rear of the barn has a central board door with a wooden lintel, flanked by rectangular openings dressed with yellow brick and also featuring wooden lintels. There is a lower addition on the north side.
