Description

31 St Andrew's Lane is a cottage dating from the 17th or 18th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a thatched roof with a rendered end stack. The building is one storey with an attic. On the ground floor, there is a single-light window and a 20th-century porch to the right. Above, there is a 3-light small-paned eyebrow dormer. The windows have wooden lintels. To the left, there is a one-storey addition that has a 20th-century interlocking concrete tile roof and a brick end stack, which includes a 20th-century door and a 2-light casement window. The interior has not been inspected.
