Description

This barn, likely built in the early 18th century, is located to the east of Lodge Farmhouse in Ecton. It is constructed of squared coursed lias stone and features a slate roof. Originally, it was a single-unit barn, but the central cart entrance has been blocked off. There is a 20th-century door and window on the far left side. The barn retains remnants of ashlar gable parapets and kneelers. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value with the farmhouse.
