Description
The gazebo in the garden of St Anthony House at Oundle School dates from the early 18th century. It is a two-storey structure built of stone with a pointed roof. An external stairway leads to the first floor, which features semi-circular headed openings adorned with block rusticated architraves. The base of the gazebo is approximately 12 feet square. There is one window on two of the first-floor faces, while the doorway on the third face and the one facing Glapthorn Road are both blank. The gazebo is part of a group with the Oundle School memorial chapel.
