Description
Nos. 24 and 25 on Main Street are two houses built in the early 19th century for Thomas Belsey, with extensions added in the mid-20th century. They are constructed from squared coursed limestone and feature a Collyweston slate roof. Originally designed as a single unit with a scullery, the houses are two storeys high and have a two-window range of cast iron casements with diamond panes, all set beneath flat stone arches. There are plank doors located at the far left and right, also under flat stone arches, with the left-hand door being panelled. The roof is hipped and has a central brick stack. There are 20th-century extensions at the rear. The interiors have not been inspected.
