Description

No. 3 is a cottage, likely formerly two separate cottages, dating from the 17th to 18th century and constructed in several phases. It is built from coursed limestone rubble, with the right gable end featuring coursed squared stone. The cottage has a thatched roof with brick ridge and end stacks and is one storey high with an attic.

On the ground floor, from left to right, there is a 3-light casement window, a 20th-century door, and a blocked doorway. The building then steps back and features a 3-light casement window, a single-light casement window, and another 20th-century door set in a partly-blocked wider opening. The windows have wooden lintels, and there are two 3-light eyebrow dormers in the roof. The interior has not been inspected.
