Description
This is a cottage from the 18th century, with later additions. It is believed to be made of cob and is rendered, with the left gable end constructed of coursed limestone rubble. The cottage features a thatched roof, with brick stacks at the ridge and ends. It is one storey high with an attic. The original part of the house has a two-window range, with a 20th-century door flanked by two-light small-paned casement windows, the larger one being on the left. Above, there are two eyebrow dormers, each containing two-light small-paned casements. To the right, there is an addition that is also rendered, featuring a 20th-century door, a single-light window, and a two-light casement on the ground floor, along with a three-light small-paned gudgeon-hung casement in an eyebrow dormer above. There are small additions to both the left and right, made of coursed limestone rubble. The interior has not been inspected.
