Description

This is a house, originally built as a single dwelling but later divided into three separate homes. It dates to 1711, as indicated by a datestone. The exterior is constructed of squared coursed limestone and ironstone, with some banding, and has a pantile roof. The original design was based on a three-unit plan. It is a single-story building with an attic. The front has a three-window facade featuring 19th-century casement windows, each set beneath a wooden lintel. Two plank doors are located centrally and on the far right. Three Lincolnshire dormers, each with a slate roof, are visible. Brick and ashlar stacks rise from the ridge and ends of the building. A datestone is set into the right-hand gable. The interior has not been inspected.
