Description
This chest tomb, dating from 1730, is located half a mile south of the south aisle of the Church of St Andrew. It is constructed from limestone ashlar and ironstone rubble. The tomb features reeded corner pilasters and moulded edges on the top. The end panels are adorned with winged cherubs, while the south side includes two square panels, one of which is inscribed to John Warner, who lived from 1729 to 1730.
