Description

This is an early 18th-century building, originally two houses that have been combined into one dwelling. It is constructed of regular coursed ironstone with a corrugated metal roof. The building is single-storey with an attic, and has a four-window front. The windows are 19th-century casements with wooden lintels, with the window to the far left featuring leaded lights. Three eyebrow dormers light the attic space. A plank door is located to the left, and a 20th-century door is centrally positioned, both protected by 19th-century hoods. A 19th-century brick gable parapet is present on the left side, and brick stacks rise from the ridge and end of the building. The interior has not been inspected, but may contain remnants of open fireplaces.
