Description

This is an early 18th-century house located on the west side of High Street, Wollaston. It is a two-unit building constructed of limestone, now rendered, and originally had a thatched roof. The house is a single storey with an attic. It features a two-window front with 20th-century leaded casement windows at ground floor level, and a single eyebrow dormer window in the roof. A brick stack is situated at one end of the building. The main entrance is located at the rear. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included on the list for its group value.
