Description
Stoneleigh is a former outbuilding, likely a detached kitchen, and cottages that have been converted into a house. It dates back to 1618 and has been altered and extended over the years. The structure is built from coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings and features a Collyweston stone slate roof with a brick ridge stack. It stands two storeys tall. The original building has had its roof raised, creating a cross-wing to the cottage range. The ground floor includes two large sash windows, a datestone, and a small single-light opening in the gable. The cottage range features a panelled door, a blocked doorway, and a single small-paned casement window with two and three lights, both with gauged stone heads. The interior has not been inspected.
