Description

Willow Brook View is a building that consists of two houses, now functioning as a single dwelling. It features a datestone inscribed with "L.M.S. Fisher" from the year 1766 and has elements from the early 19th century. The structure is made of squared coursed limestone and has roofs covered in Collyweston and Welsh slate. Originally, each house had a two-unit plan and is two storeys high.

The original house has a two-window range of cast iron casements, which include diamond panes and some coloured glass, all set beneath wooden lintels. There is a central 20th-century door, also under a wooden lintel, and a stone stack at the ridge. The datestone is located above the door. To the left, there is an attached outbuilding that is likely from the early 19th century and has been incorporated into the house.

The early 19th-century house on the right has a three-window range of casement windows with glazing bars, set under shallow stone arches. It features a central four-panel door beneath a similar arch. There are stone stacks at both ends of this section. The elevation facing Park Street includes an earlier range on the right, which has an irregular three-window range of casements, and the early 19th-century house to the left. The windows on this elevation resemble those on the garden side but have stone lintels, keyblocks, and ashlar dressings, along with a central 20th-century door. The interior has not been inspected.
