Description

Bowles Court is an 18th-century three-bay, two-storey house constructed of red and grey brick with red dressings. It has dentilled eaves and a hipped roof covered in old tiles. The windows are flush-framed sash windows with flat gauged brick arches and aprons below. The central entrance features a six-panel door with moulded brackets supporting a corniced hood. Chimneys are located at each end of the building.

A single-storey extension dating from the early 20th century is attached to the left, distinguished by a coped parapet. A two-storey, two-bay extension is situated on the right side; the lower storey is contemporary with the left-hand wing. The upper storey of this extension, along with a garage, is of more modern construction, featuring an old tile roof and aprons to sash windows. A further hipped tiled-roof garage is located to the right.
