Newbarn Farmhouse is an 18th-century, two-storey, three-bay house made of red brick. It features an old tile roof that is hipped at the corners, with brick coped gables at each end. The central entrance has a door topped by a wooden hood supported by carved brackets. The windows are small-paned casements with segmental arches. On the side elevation facing the farmyard, there are three additional windows.
