Description
Perrin Springs is a house dating from the 17th century that has been altered over time. It features a timber frame with brick infill on the first floor, while the ground floor and right gable have mostly been rebuilt using flint and brick. The roof is covered with old tiles, and there are rebuilt brick chimneys located to the left of the center and at the original left end of the building. The house is 1½ storeys tall and consists of three bays. The upper storey has two single lights positioned below the eaves and two casements above; the left casement is set in a gabled dormer, while the right is in a weatherboarded gable. A central gabled porch made of brick, built in the 20th century, features an arched door. Additionally, there is a narrow brick extension at the left end, also from the 20th century.
