Description
Upper Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 17th century. It is constructed of rubblestone and has an old tile roof. The building features three bays and two storeys. A central six-panel door is set within a modern hipped tile-roofed porch. Above the door is a two-light leaded casement, while the outer bays contain three-light leaded casements. A large central stack indicates that it follows a lobby entry plan type. To the right, there is a timber-framed gable. Additionally, there is a lower one-and-a-half storey wing on the right with external steps leading to the upper floor, and a further modern single-storey bay extends beyond this wing.
