Description

Upton Thatch is a cottage dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of witchert, which is rendered and colourwashed, and features a thatched roof. The building has two bays and two storeys, along with a 1½ storey addition on the right side that has a tiled roof. There is a board door located in the right bay. The windows are leaded casements, with two lights in most windows, except for the ground floor left bay, which has three lights. Additionally, there are two casements in the right wing. The cottage has a stack at the left gable and another stack at the gable of the right wing.
