Description

Templecroft is an 18th-century house situated at the junction with Oxford Road in Dinton-with-Ford and Upton. The house is constructed of wattle and cob, rendered and colourwashed, with a rubble stone plinth. The right gable elevation is of rubble stone, while the left gable is brick. It has a half-hipped roof covered in old tile. The building is two storeys high plus an attic, and comprises three bays. A lean-to porch with a rustic appearance covers the doorway, which sits between the right-hand bays. A stone plaque above the porch is inscribed "Temple Croft." The windows are three-light casements. A modern dormer window with a flat roof and three lights is located off-centre on the middle bay. A stack is positioned between the left-hand bays and to the right gable.
