Description

Two small houses, dating from the 17th century and extended in the 19th century. Number 15 has colourwashed render, likely over a timber frame, with the lower part of its left gable rebuilt in brick. It features a half-hipped thatched roof and a central chimney stack made of thin brick. The house has one and a half storeys and two bays, with three-light leaded windows, those to the first floor set within the thatched roof. A central lobby entrance has a 20th-century half-glazed door. The rear has an early 19th-century extension forming a T-plan, constructed of brick with a thatched roof and brick chimneys to the centre and far gable. This extension also has one and a half storeys and two bays, with three-light, barred wooden casements. The ground-floor windows have segmental heads, while the first-floor windows are set within the thatch.
