This property, at 8-12 West Street, originally comprised a single dwelling and dates to the 17th century, with subsequent alterations. It is two storeys and has an attic. The upper portion is pebble-dashed, featuring three gables; the central gable is topped with a dragon finial, while the others have terra cotta obelisk-style embellishments. The roof is covered with old tiles. The front of the building has three bays, and the ground floor now contains plain 19th-century and modern shops. Numbers 4 to 32 (even) form a group.
