Description

Nos 7 and 9 on West Street are 18th-century buildings that stand two storeys tall and are constructed of brick, painted white. They feature two windows with three-light casements and have a full-length modern shop front. The buildings have an eaves cornice and an old tiled roof. At the rear, there is a half-timbered wing and a tall red brick chimney stack. These properties, along with Nos 1 to 21 (odd) and the Ship Inn, form a group.
