Description
The Croft, Greenways, and Sylvas is a row of three small houses located in Bradenham Village, dating from the mid-18th century, with extensions added to the right in the mid to late 19th century and 20th century. The four bays on the left are constructed of chequer brick featuring vitreous headers, with a flint plinth and a narrow band course at the first floor. The houses have a tiled roof with a square brick chimney in the center and a smaller chimney at the right end. They are one storey with an attic and each has a double-fronted design. The windows are modern paired barred wooden casements, and there are central modern doors. The lower windows and doors have segmental header arches, while the upper windows are located in eaves-line dormers with rendered gables. Wooden porches adorned with foliage are present. At the right end, there is a 19th-century gabled cross wing made of flint and brick, also featuring barred wooden casements. Access is provided through a modern whitewashed render extension, and there are small modern extensions at the rear.
