Description
The former pumping station at Lock 33 on the Grand Union Canal, built around 1838 to 1841, is now used as a shed. It is constructed of brown brick and features off-set and boarded eaves, along with a hipped slate roof. The canal-facing side has a door and two upper 20th-century barred wooden casements, all with cambered heads. This building is included in the listing for its group value context.
