Description
This is a house originally built for a lock-keeper at Lock 33 on the Grand Union Canal, dated 1912 and altered since its construction. The building features a pebbledash exterior and an asbestos slate roof that has a hip on the right side. There is a rendered chimney on the left and a brick chimney located between the right bays. The house is two storeys tall and has three bays. The left bays are fitted with bow windows that have three-light wooden casements. A central door is set within a gabled timber porch. There are later 20th-century extensions added to the rear of the house. This property is included for its group value.
