Description

This is a house dating from the 17th century, with an addition from the 18th century, located on Frog Lane in Cuddington. The house is constructed of wicher walls, colourwashed and rendered, set upon a rubble stone plinth. The eastern two bays retain their original thatched roofs, while the 18th-century bay has an old tile roof. It is one and a half storeys high and consists of three bays.

The east front, which serves as the entrance front, has the original 17th-century bays with a central front door, and two-light casement windows in each bay. The door and casements are set within rusticated surrounds and feature flat arches finished in cement. Two 2-light eaves dormers are present. The property has flanking stacks and a stack on the front pitch to the right. The 18th-century bay features a doorway. The gable elevations have three-light leaded casement windows on the ground floor and two-light casements above. The rear, or west, elevation includes small two-light casement windows and a door with a cut bracket hood. A single eaves dormer is located on the right-hand side.

To the south of the main house is an outbuilding range, constructed of wicher to the east and weatherboard to the west, with a corrugated iron roof.
