Description
Seagrave's Farmhouse is a 16th to 17th century building located on Penn Fagnall Lane in Winchmore Hill. It is two storeys high and features a timber frame with brick construction. The farmhouse has a T-plan layout with a gabled cross-wing at the west end. The north wall of the main range displays exposed framing. There is a one-storey addition from the 18th century to the west. The property has modern casement windows, old tiled roofs, and brick stacks. Inside, the farmhouse showcases a good exposed timber structure.
