Description

Hill Farmhouse is a 16th- to 17th-century timber-framed building with exposed timber framing on its front elevation. The farmhouse has been renovated and extended, featuring cross wings at the north and south ends. It is two storeys high, with the upper storey jettied across the entire front, supported by exposed joists and curved brackets. The front has five windows, which are modern casements with mullions, transoms and leaded lights. The roof is tiled with a ridge chimney stack having diagonal shafts.
