Description
Webbs Cottage is a mid-19th century building constructed of colour-washed brick, featuring an old fishscale tile roof adorned with decorated ridge tiles and a group of four chimneys along the ridge. The cottage is designed in an L-plan and is a single storey. The gable end showcases barge-boards and a finial. A rectangular bay window, topped with a fishscale tiled roof and eaves boards, is a prominent feature. Above this window is a panel in a moulded frame with a drip mould, which contains a shield inscribed with "KYND," a motto of J Kaye of Fulmer Grove, reading "KYNN KNAWNE KEPPE." To the right of the bay window, there is a two-light casement window with a drip mould. On the left side, a projecting brick porch with a tiled roof adds to the building's character.
