The Black Horse Public House is a 17th-century building that has been altered over time. It features a timber frame with a pebbledashed exterior and an old tile roof. The structure stands two storeys tall, with a modern one-storey extension on the right side. On the first floor, there are two 2-light casement windows. The ground floor includes a projecting glazed porch, a door topped with a small hood supported by brackets, and one restored 3-light window that has a cambered relieving arch.
