Description

This is an 18th-century house located on the east side of High Street in Haddenham. The left bay and upper storey of the right bays are colourwashed and rendered over a witchert core. The remainder of the ground storey is constructed of rubblestone. It has a rendered plinth and an old tile roof. The main building is three bays wide and two storeys high, with a two-storey slate-roofed rear wing. The two right-hand bays contain a central entrance door flanked by two-pane sash windows. The left-hand bay has a three-light, 18th-century leaded casement window on the first floor. The building features stepped brick eaves and gable verges. A stack is located between the left-hand bays and another to the right gable. This building is of group value, contributing to the character of the street.
