Description

Old House Cottage is a cottage dating from the 17th to 18th century. It features a timber frame with plastered panels at the rear and brick infill on the left gable. The front is made of whitewashed rubble stone with brick eaves. The roof is thatched and has external brick end stacks, with the one on the right being large. The cottage is one storey and has an attic, comprising two bays. There are 19th-century three-light casements under timber lintels at the front, and 20th-century barred casements at the rear, including one in the thatch. The left gable has a paired 19th-century casement in the attic. There is a 20th-century lean-to on the left that connects to a 20th-century garage block.
