Description

The Old House is a house dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It is constructed of whitewashed rubble stone, with brick on the right-hand bay, and features an old tile roof with brick stacks at the gables and between the right-hand bays. The building has two storeys and three bays. The windows are 20th-century replacements of wooden cross windows. The lower left-hand bay includes a 19th-century canted bay window with French doors. There is a door located between the right-hand bays. A beam in the upper room is marked with Roman numerals. A modern brick range has been added to the front but has no special interest.
