Description
The Old Off Licence is a small house dating from the 17th century. The southeast front features an exposed timber frame in the right-hand bay, while the rest is covered with pebbledash. The gable end facing the road is rendered and colourwashed. It has a half-hipped thatch roof with rebuilt stacks located to the left of center and to the right. The building is one-and-a-half storeys tall and consists of three bays. There are 19th-century three-light casements in the gable end and the ground floor of the left-hand bays, along with a 20th-century paired casement in the right. The right-hand bays also have paired casements, leaded to the right, beneath thatch eyebrows. There are board doors between the bays, featuring a flat wooden hood on brackets to the left and an arched corrugated iron hood to the right.
