Description

This is a 17th-century timber-framed house of two storeys and three bays, situated in Latimer Village. The structure has colourwashed brick infill between the timbers, and a plain tile roof. The windows are leaded casements, including four two-light casements on the first floor. A central entry features a lean-to porch, flanked by hipped-roof ground-floor bay windows. The building was previously listed as No. 31.
