No 82 on West Street is a late 18th century or early 19th century two-storey brick building. It features one upper casement window and one lower three-light casement window, both with modern diamond panes. There is a door to the right of the windows, and the building is topped with a tiled roof. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 76 to 92 (even), the entrance gates at Borlase School, and No 104.
