Description
The barn at Manor Lodge, which includes a cottage at Manor Barn, dates back to the 17th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and is weatherboarded, featuring an old tiled roof that is half hipped on the right side. Inside, the structure consists of two bays; the right bay serves as a store for Manor Lodge, while the left bay is a cottage attached to Manor Barn. The interior showcases heavy timbers, a central truss with raking queenposts, and curved braces in the wall framing, along with windbraces in the roof that are also curved.
