Description

Chesham Bois House is an early 19th-century small house set in its own grounds. The exterior is cement rendered and painted, topped with a hipped Welsh slate roof that features an eaves cornice and a parapet above the central bay. The building stands two storeys high and has a wide Roman Doric porch at the center. On the ground floor, there are double hung sash windows on either side of the porch, while the first floor has three 2-light casements. All windows are fitted with louvred shutters.
